Deborah Ann Dean, 66, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, June 2, 2017. She was born July 1, 1950 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, and a proud member of the Cherokee Nation.
She was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Brian Hodgens and also her parents, John Leo and Alene Vaughan.
She is survived by two sisters, Claretta O’Neal and her husband Andy of Roland, Oklahoma, Lanita Chastain of Roland, Oklahoma; three nephews, Aaron O’Neal, Stephen O’Neal and Jonathan Chastain all of Roland, Oklahoma; and one niece, Lauren Verbeten of Lubbock, Texas.
Funeral Service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at Lewis-Roberts Funeral Chapel 4817 Kelley Hwy., Fort Smith, Arkansas, with interment to follow at Upper Camp Creek Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma.
Visitation will be Monday, 5-7 p.m.
