FORT SMITH – The growing cost of long-term health care will be the subject of an upcoming “Lunch and Learn” session put on by the Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Libby Meyer, an advisor with Edward Jones, will be the keynote speaker.
“Planning for healthcare costs is critical. Many people will underestimate how much money they will spend on healthcare during their retirement.” The Chamber said this week in a release. “In this workshop you’ll learn how to estimate your future healthcare costs and create income to help you cover some of these expenses.”
The event will be held on November 15th from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, at the Chamber office (612 Garrison Avenue). Participants are asked to register by November 13th. For more information, call Natasha Higgins at (479) 783-3111.
