Burton Byrd Earl Bailey, Sr. of Stigler, Okla., was born Aug. 30, 1950, in Gay Mills, Wisc., to Maurice Eugene and Elizabeth Mary (Watson) Bailey and passed away April 23, 2017 in Stigler, Okla., at the age of 66.
Fanatic of Star Wars and Star Trek memorabilia. He has a vast collection of both. He enjoyed his family gatherings especially with the children. He loved to go camping, fishing, and being in the outdoors.
Memorial Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, April 27, 2017, at the Masonic Lodge with Vernon Stone officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Stigler.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Bailey of the home; three daughters, Brenda Weber and husband Ron of Montana, Darlene Favela of Stigler, Okla., Rose Hale and husband Winston of Stigler, Okla.; five sons, Jimmy Walker and wife Jeannie of Whitefield, Okla., Liz of Missouri, John Walker and wife Nancy of South Carolina, Myron Clay Walker and wife Winnie of Stigler, Okla., Burton Bailey, Jr., of Missouri; two sisters, Betty Payne and Burnice of Texas, Audrey Bailey of Texas; 36 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Maurice and Beth Bailey; son, David Walker; granddaughter, Maria Lucero; two sisters, Barbara Koch and Virginia Garrison; brother, Maurice Bailey.
