FORT SMITH- The Garrison Ave. Bridge is now open to both lanes of traffic, according to info from idrivearkansas.com
The westbound lane only was opened on Tuesday, however the eastbound lane remained closed until a small portion of US 64 stretching to 64D was reopened on Wednesday.
The Eastbound lane of Hwy 64 stretching from I-40 to 64D has still yet to be reopened and information has not yet surfaced as to when that section of the road will be ready.
Those traveling Eastbound from Oklahoma can still use 64D to travel from I-40 into Fort Smith via the Dora exit.
