FORT SMITH - A Sebastian County Justice of the Peace is free after being placed under arrest on Wednesday afternoon.
JP Karla Reedy was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on charges of endangering the welfare of a minor.
She was released on bond.
Reedy has been a justice of the peace since 2019 when she filled the vacant spot of her husband Rick who died suddenly while on a hunting trip.
